We’re thrilled to bring you Reports, a new way to get quick, meaningful insights into your network’s performance.
And the best part? You get to try it out during our trial phase while we work on adding even more reports!
Here's what you need to know:
We're excited to release Reports, your new tool for understanding trends and performance across your supply chain. During this early access period, all customers can view:
Order Trends – Track how your orders evolve over time with visual line charts.
Orders by Location – See where your orders are going with an intuitive heatmap view.
We’re actively working on releasing new reports as they’re developed, so be sure to check back often. Current and upcoming reports will cover key areas like Receipts, Inventory, and Business Value, giving you a complete view of your supply chain.
Accessing Reports:
Look for Reports in the Quick View Toggle or the Quick Menu – it’s just a click away!


How to Use the 'Reports' Feature:

Filtering Data: Use the filter button to select criteria such as clients, locations, modes, or products. Combine multiple filters for precise insights.
TIP: filters are tailored to your exact business needs

Setting Timeframes: Select a specific timeframe from the dropdown menu to focus your report. Defaults to the most recent month for quick access.

Interacting with the Chart: Zoom in and out on charts, and export your report for sharing or offline analysis. Ensure your filters and timeframe are set before exporting to get the most accurate data.

Subscription Plans
Right now, all customers get to explore Reports – no strings attached!
Once the trial wraps up, 'Reports' will be part of the 'Performance' Plan for long-term access.

Professional Plan: Does not include access to reporting features.
Performance Plan: Includes full access to all reporting features.
How to Manage Plan:
Managing your subscription on the Smart Visibility platform is quick and easy! Here’s how you can take control:
Accessing Subscription Settings:
Log in to your account.
Go to Settings > Subscription to see your current plan and explore upgrade options.
Upgrading or Downgrading Plans:
Choose between the Professional or Performance plan.
Save your changes to update your subscription.
You’ll receive a confirmation message, and our Customer Success Team will be notified and will contact you shortly!
Billing Updates:
Any changes to your plan will show up in your next billing cycle.
