    We’ve been busy making Smart Visibility faster, more intuitive, and easier to navigate—from launching a new receipt-focused report to fine-tuning filters and fixing pesky bugs. Here’s everything included in this release:

     

    📦 Now Available: Receipt Trends Report

    The Receipt Trends Report is here! This new report helps you visualize confirmed receipts over time using an interactive line chart—giving you the tools to:

    Track inbound volume patterns by client, location, and mode

    Spot seasonal shifts and operational trends

    Improve inventory planning and receiving workflows

    Filter by client (if applicable), location, and mode

    View data by Month, Quarter, Year, or Week

    Hover to see detailed breakdowns by mode

    Zoom in/out to focus on specific date ranges

    Export your view with filters applied

     

    Excludes inventory adjustments for clean, accurate data

     

    Available to Performance and Enterprise plans in the future! We are still in our free trial period!

    ⚡ Speed Improvements for Order Reports

    Order reports—especially those using quarterly or year-long timeframes—will now load significantly faster thanks to performance enhancements in our backend processing and chart rendering logic.

     

    Whether you're pulling high-volume views or zooming into trends, your data should appear faster and more reliably.


    🧭 Persistent Filters Across the Platform

    Your filters now follow you across types—and even after a refresh!

    For example, if you filter by a location while reviewing Orders, then switch to Receipt Trends or Map View, that same filter will stay applied (if relevant). This saves time and keeps your workflow consistent across the platform.


    🐞 Bug Fix: Chat Drawer Now Loads Properly from Bubble Details

    We fixed an issue where reopening the Chat drawer from the Bubble Details drawer caused it to remain stuck in a loading state.

     

    What was happening:

    If you opened a bubble, launched the chat drawer, then minimized it using the back arrow, reopening the same chat thread caused the drawer to hang indefinitely.

     

    What’s fixed:

    You can now freely open and close the chat drawer from a bubble’s details without interruption. The chat will load correctly every time—just as expected.

  2. Polished Layouts, Clearer Filters, and a Brand Refresh

    We’ve made a series of thoughtful updates to improve your experience in Smart Visibility—from a sleeker interface to clearer summaries and more intuitive management. Here’s what’s new:


    Improved Summary Cards Layout

    Summary cards (like Active Orders, Active Receipts, etc.) now:

    * Expand proportionally to fill the available screen space

    * Align perfectly with your client button for a cleaner layout

     

    These updates make key information easier to scan and interact with—no matter your screen size.

     


    Dynamic Legend for Summary Card in the List View

    The key legend within the summary cards now adjusts based on how many statuses are being shown:

     

    * 6 or fewer statuses displayed in a single column

    * More than 6 shown across two columns, with balanced spacing

    * Show updated filtered counts when a filter is applied using the summary card

     

    This ensures a clear, organized view of statuses.

    Updated Management Screens

     

    We've cleaned up several things within the UI for user and client management! From Client table to user invite workflow... you'll see some improvements there!

     


    Alphabetized CSS Filter

    To make it easier to locate Customer Success Specialists (CSSs), the CSS filter list in both Map View and List View is now sorted alphabetically by first name.

     


    Smart Visibility Logo Update

    We’ve updated our Smart Visibility logo across the app to include the registered trademark symbol (®).

    You’ll see the refreshed branding on the login screen and throughout the platform!

  3. Smarter, Persistent Filters Across Map, List, and Reports

    We’ve introduced a major upgrade to filtering in Smart Visibility: your filter selections now stay with you as you navigate between Map, List, and Reports views—without needing to reselect each time.


    🔄 Persistent Filters That Adapt to Each View

    Filter once, navigate freely.

     

    Any filters you apply on Map, List, or Reports will persist as you move between views and even across browser refreshes.

    Only relevant filters will be applied in each view:

    For example, if you’ve selected an `Alert` filter in Map or List, those won’t affect Reports—but they’ll still be saved and applied when you return to Map or List.

     

    Reports will only reflect filters that apply to reporting data, and will not display irrelevant filters in its filter count.

     

    This makes filtering more powerful and less repetitive—your context carries over without cluttering each view with unnecessary filters.

  4. Improved Filter Handling in Reports + Updated Summary Card Labels

    This release brings fixes to how filters behave across Reports and ensures summary card labels reflect real-time, active data more accurately.


    🛠️ Fix: Filter Summary and Previous Year Data Persistence Across Reports

    What was happening:

    After applying filters in one report (e.g., selecting WH 8 in Orders by Location), switching to another report (like Order Trends) would cause:

    • The filter sentence to stop reflecting the active filter

    • The Previous Year data to disappear from the chart

    Refreshing the page would restore the data - but also wipe out your filters.

    What’s fixed:

    The filter summary sentence now accurately updates as you switch between reports

    Previous Year data is retained consistently

    🔁 Update: Summary Card Labels Now Reflect Active Bubbles

    To reduce confusion and better align with the data being displayed, we’ve updated the terminology across summary cards.

    What’s changed:

    The “Total Orders This Month” card now correctly reads Active Orders

    All other applicable cards now use “Active” instead of “Total”

    This update ensures that all summary cards reflect only currently active data, giving you a clearer view of what's happening now.

  5. Smarter Chart Insights, Bug Fixes, and Refreshing Reports

    We’ve rolled out several improvements to boost your reporting experience, clean up Chatter issues, and give you faster access to up-to-date data. Here’s everything that’s new:


    📈 Smarter Chart Insights: Zooming Now Updates KPI Tags

    In the Order Trends report, zooming into a specific portion of the chart now updates the completed order count tag to reflect the selected date range. You’ll also see a helpful label that clearly communicates the exact timeframe you’ve zoomed into - making performance analysis clearer and more accurate.

    Refreshing Reports

    Your reports can now be refreshed!

    - Reports can be manually refreshed every 5 minutes to keep your data fresh and relevant.

    - You’ll see a “Last updated” label and refresh icon, near the filter bar, giving you a quick glance at how current the data is.

    - Click the icon to manually refresh if you want the latest numbers on demand.

    🐞 Bug Fixes:

     

    Alerts from Chatter Now Load Correctly

    We resolved an issue where users accessing Alerts from Chatter were seeing incorrect or missing information. Alerts now populate correctly, no matter where you’re accessing them from - so you can rely on consistent, accurate alert details every time.

     

    Reports Count Tag Now Updates in 'Running Month' View

    We’ve fixed an issue where the count tag in the Order Trends report wasn’t updating when filters were applied in the Running Month view.
 Now, when you apply a filter (like selecting a warehouse), the chart and dynamic tag above it will both update correctly to reflect the filtered dataset.

    Improved Accuracy: Your data tags now align with exactly what you're looking at.

    Data You Can Trust: Reports now reflect exactly what you're zoomed in on, and you’ll always know how fresh your data is.

    Say Hello to 'Reports'!

    We’re thrilled to bring you Reports, a new way to get quick, meaningful insights into your network’s performance.

     

    And the best part? You get to try it out during our trial phase while we work on adding even more reports!

     

     

     

    Here's what you need to know:

    We're excited to release Reports, your new tool for understanding trends and performance across your supply chain. During this early access period, all customers can view:

    Order Trends – Track how your orders evolve over time with visual line charts.

    Orders by Location – See where your orders are going with an intuitive heatmap view.

     

    We’re actively working on releasing new reports as they’re developed, so be sure to check back often. Current and upcoming reports will cover key areas like Receipts, Inventory, and Business Value, giving you a complete view of your supply chain.

     

    Accessing Reports:

    Look for Reports in the Quick View Toggle or the Quick Menu – it’s just a click away!

    How to Use the 'Reports' Feature:

    Filtering Data: Use the filter button to select criteria such as clients, locations, modes, or products. Combine multiple filters for precise insights.

    TIP: filters are tailored to your exact business needs

    Setting Timeframes: Select a specific timeframe from the dropdown menu to focus your report. Defaults to the most recent month for quick access.

    Interacting with the Chart: Zoom in and out on charts, and export your report for sharing or offline analysis. Ensure your filters and timeframe are set before exporting to get the most accurate data.

    Subscription Plans

    Right now, all customers get to explore Reports – no strings attached!

    Once the trial wraps up, 'Reports' will be part of the 'Performance' Plan for long-term access.

    How to Manage Plan:

    Managing your subscription on the Smart Visibility platform is quick and easy! Here’s how you can take control:

     

    Accessing Subscription Settings:

    Log in to your account.

    Go to Settings > Subscription to see your current plan and explore upgrade options.

     

    Upgrading or Downgrading Plans:

    Choose between the Professional or Performance plan.

    Save your changes to update your subscription.

    You’ll receive a confirmation message, and our Customer Success Team will be notified and will contact you shortly!

     

    Billing Updates:

    Any changes to your plan will show up in your next billing cycle.

  7. Chatter Timestamps Are Going Local!

    Good news! We’ve made some updates to make sure the time you see in Chatter reflects your timezone. From now on, all timestamps in Chatter - including in your chat threads and the chatter drawer - will reflect your local timezone.

     

    What's Changed?

    Local Time, Everywhere:

    Whether you’re chatting early in the morning or late at night, you’ll see timestamps in Chatter that match your current local time (PST, CST, EST, you name it).

    As you travel or as the clocks change, Chatter timestamps will automatically adjust to your new local time. Daylight savings? No problem!

    Consistent Across the Board:

    This change isn’t just for one part of Chatter - it’s for all of it. Every timestamp, whether in the chat thread or the chatter drawer, will now show the local time relevant to you.

    Clear and Understandable:

    We’re keeping things clear and straightforward. Expect to see the full timestamp format (like “MM/DD/YY HH:MM PST”) that fits the standard for your region.

     

    What You Can Expect:

    Seamless Integration: Your Chatter timestamps will automatically update to reflect your current timezone—no extra steps needed from you.

    Enhanced Readability: With the timezone clearly displayed, you’ll never have to wonder when a message was really sent.

    Reliable Updates: Even if you hop timezones or push the clocks forward for daylight savings, Chatter’s got you covered.

    Stay in the Loop: You can now receive real-time email notifications for new chatter messages. Never miss a beat in your conversations!

    Easy Activation: Simply visit 'Settings', click on 'Notifications', and switch the email toggle to 'on'. It's that easy to start receiving updates directly to your inbox! Any new chat messages that come in, you will now be informed!

     

     TIP! The email notification toggle is set to 'off' by default to respect your preferences. Turn it on when you're ready to get started!

    Take Control: Enhancements to the Client Management interface now empower admin-level users with the ability to add or remove email domains, streamlining the process of managing who can be invited to the platform.

    How to Access: Navigate to the 'Settings' page, select 'Clients' under the management section, and start editing. If you're an admin, you'll find all the tools you need to manage client information right at your fingertips.
